License

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the aSaaSin SaaS starter template ("Product"). By downloading, using, or modifying the Product, you ("Licensee") agree to the terms below.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the aSaaSin template to build unlimited end products for yourself or for clients. This includes personal projects, client work, and commercial applications.

• Create multiple end products using the aSaaSin template
• Sell any number of end products built with the template
• Use the template for client work, freelance projects, or startups
• Modify and adapt the codebase as needed
• Share the final product with your team or client (not the raw template)

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the aSaaSin template as a boilerplate or starter kit
• Publish the codebase publicly (e.g. on GitHub) without prior written permission
• Share the codebase with others outside your organization or client team
• Use the Product in a way that violates laws, infringes on intellectual property, or misleads others

Any attempt to sub-license, rent, or sell the template itself is strictly prohibited.

All rights, title, and interest in the aSaaSin codebase remain the property of aSaaSin. This license does not grant you any ownership rights - only the right to use the Product within the terms of this Agreement.

The template may include AI-generated images (e.g. from Midjourney) and third-party components (e.g. open-source icons, fonts, or UI libraries). These assets are provided under their respective licenses. You are responsible for verifying and replacing any such assets for your production use if necessary.

The aSaaSin template is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. There is no promise that the codebase is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aSaaSin shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the template - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your license is revoked automatically if you breach any of these terms. In such cases, you must immediately cease use and destroy all copies of the Product.
